The Catalyst Initiative is operated by Qiro Digital Group Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit this website, submit an application or communicate with us. It is intended to reflect Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).
1. What we collect
If you apply, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, city and time zone, personal goal, current obstacles, hoped-for three-month outcome, preferred start time and your confirmations about the programme. If you email us or later take part in the programme, we may also hold the correspondence, weekly updates, plans and progress records needed to work with you. Our hosting and form providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser details and submission time.
2. Why we use it
We use your information to receive and assess your application, reply to you, arrange a fit conversation, provide the programme if you enrol, maintain relevant records, protect the website and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use application answers for unrelated marketing without a separate basis to do so.
3. Form delivery and other providers
The application form is processed by FormSubmit and forwarded to mo@qirodigital.com. The website is hosted through a third-party site provider and uses externally loaded Google Fonts when available. These providers may process technical or submitted data outside Singapore. We aim to use appropriate arrangements for overseas transfers and limit access to people and providers who need the information for the purposes above. Please do not include sensitive health or financial details in your application.
4. Retention and protection
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, for an ongoing relationship, or to meet legal or business record-keeping needs. We then delete or anonymise it where practicable. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we control from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
5. Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about, access or correct personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw consent where applicable. Please write to mo@qirodigital.com. We may need to verify your identity and may explain any legal exceptions or practical consequences before acting on a request.
6. Cookies and external links
We have not added advertising analytics or marketing cookies to this page. Hosting, security, fonts and form services may use their own technical mechanisms. Links to external services are governed by those services’ own notices.
